A request for Brianna5899 [link]; it's her OC Sailo Deimos "powering" up her Rouge Dragon Flame attack.

This request took a while for me to finish. Granted, this is only the sketch, but I hope to ink and color it. But for now, thanks Brianna, for the chance to do this. Hope you like!
