I'm totally "favorite-ing" this. It reminds me of the look of Outlaw Star, one of my favorite Animes from back in the day. It even has the glamour and space exploration angle too! Who is this, exactly?
Ah, a fellow OUTLAW STAR fan--yep, I'm a fan of the show, and even have a couple of volumes of the source manga.
I've been a space exploration buff since I was a kid, and even though it's cooled as I've gotten older, it's still there. Tiffany was created by John Barnes [link], and she's supposed to be an explorer. John had liked my "girls in spacesuits" artwork and asked if I could take a crack at Tiffany.
Hope this helps--and thank you so much for the fave!

Just so you know, I am in the process of working on another piece involving Tiffany (with the permission of her creator, of course). It might take some time before I post it, but please keep an eye out for it in the coming months.

No, not _that_ John Barnes! (Although, now that you mentioned it, they do have the same name!)
No, this John Barnes is a very nice chap who liked the ZERO GRAV images and commissioned me to create a picture using his character, Tiffany. I was happy to oblige.
But if it was THE John Barnes...well, that would be very cool.
(Side note: while I never met him face to face, I did have a brief correspondence by letters with the late great Sir Arthur C. Clarke, author of 2001, CHILDHOOD'S END, RENDEVOUS WITH RAMA, and many other classic SF novels. That was an experience I will treasure for many years.)
